Shared Forgejo Composite Action to send CI build notifications (success/failure) to Telegram via n8n.

Usage

Add this step to the end of any job in your workflow (e.g. .gitea/workflows/deploy.yml or .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml):

        if: always()

How it works

1. Runs automatically on success, failure, or cancelled via if: always().
2. Gathers commit metadata, branch, actor, run number, and repository info.
3. Sends a clean JSON payload to the central n8n webhook which delivers the message to Telegram.
